2020年12月26日上午9：00，生态与环境科学学院第三十五期光华学术论坛在资环楼148举行，本期论坛由生环学院刘宇老师主持。

01|卢晓蓉 The relationship between plant and microbial diversity in three dimensions

首先是来自黎绍鹏老师课题组的卢晓蓉同学，她的口头报告题目为《The relationship between plant and microbial diversity in three dimensions》。通过对亭下林场、四明山林场和育王林场的植物和微生物在类群、富集度和规律性三个维度进行比较后得出结论：细菌多样性和植物多样性显著相关，可以通过植物系统发育的多样性来预测真菌多样性。

02|刘巷序 Temporal trends between bird diversity and ecosystem services in urban green spaces of Shanghai

第二位做口头报告的是来自斯幸峰老师课题组的刘巷序同学，她的报告题为《Temporal trends between bird diversity and ecosystem services in urban green spaces of Shanghai》。通过研究留鸟的多样性变化来看多种绿地生态系统服务的相关变化，发现支持类生态系统服务与留鸟关系最为密切，留鸟中的棕背伯劳、强脚树莺等鸟种可用于监测城市生态系统服务的变化。

03|江莎 Assessing congruence and surrogate among taxa in nature reserves in China

第三位报告人是来自何芳良老师课题组的江莎同学，报告题目是《Assessing congruence and surrogate among taxa in nature reserves in China》。分享内容为：除birds-lichens、 macrofungi-retiles、macrofungi-insect外，类群与类群之间的物种丰富度是正相关的；在angiosperms和其他类群之间有中强度的正相关关系；MAP（mean annual precipitation）是一个检测物种丰富度的关键因子。

04|胡瑞 The effect climate change on seed germination and rhizosphere microbial composite of on critically endangered Abies beshanzuensis

最后一位口头报告人是来自刘宇老师课题组的胡瑞同学，她的报告题为《The effect climate change on seed germination and rhizosphere microbial composite of on critically endangered Abies beshanzuensis》。介绍内容为：通过人工气候培养箱试验来探讨增温对Abies beshanzuensis萌发的潜在影响；以及不同海拔地区Abies beshanzuensis根际微生物组成。

05|陆金忠 Role of algal accumulations on the partitioning between N2 production and dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium in eutrophic lakes

论坛第二部分进展快报，第一位报告的是来自陈雪初老师课题组的陆金忠同学，他的报告题为《Role of algal accumulations on the partitioning between N2 production and dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium in eutrophic lakes》。主要介绍了在富营养化的湖泊中，藻类颗粒的加入促进了DNRA速率，但不促进N2的产生；高浓度的OC是DNRA优于反硝化和厌氧氨氧化的先决条件，而这两者更依赖于NO3−水平；C/N比值与DNRA速率成正相关。

第二位进展快报的同学是来自周小奇老师课题组的柳昭莹同学，她报告的题目是《A single bacterial genus maintains root growth in a complex microbiome》。首先分享文献《复杂微生物组中的单个细菌属维持植物根生长》，随后介绍了长期温室种植对亚热带农业土壤微生物群落结构和多样性的影响。

第三位报告人是来自王嵘老师课题组的高燕同学，报告题目是《Land-use intensity alters networks between biodiversity, ecosystem functions, and services》。介绍了土地利用强度对生物多样性、生态系统功能和服务改变的程度。

08|赛碧乐 Animal body size distribution influences the ratios of nutrients supplied to plants

第四位进展快报的汇报人是来自阎恩荣老师课题组的赛碧乐同学，她的报告题为《Animal body size distribution influences the ratios of nutrients supplied to plants》。介绍了体型不同的食草动物不仅使用不同的景观，而且通过粪便释放出的氮与磷的比例也不同，这种差异会影响向植物提供的营养比例。

09|池云怡 Symbiosis of a P2-family phage and deep-sea Shewanella putrefaciens

第五位汇报人是来自邓杰老师课题组的池云怡同学，她报告的题目是《Symbiosis of a P2-family phage and deep-sea Shewanella putrefaciens》。介绍了一个P2噬菌体和腐败希瓦氏菌的共生关系。

10|贾真 Global ecological predictors of the soil priming effect

最后一位报告人是来自周旭辉老师课题组的贾真同学，她的报告题目是《Global ecological predictors of the soil priming effect》。介绍了表面启动效应在全球普遍存在，并受SOC含量的控制；土壤干旱度高、担子菌相对丰度高、植被盖度低、土壤有机碳含量低、土壤基础微生物呼吸速率低的土壤，土壤启动效应明显。在世界范围内，盐渍化是土壤表层表层效应的一个重要的负驱动因素。
