报告人简介：梁超，中国科学院沈阳应用生态所研究员、博士生导师。2008年于美国威斯康星麦迪逊大学获博士学位，随后在美国能源部五大湖生物能源研究中心和美国阿贡国家实验室从事研究工作。主要研究方向为微生物生态学和土壤生物地球化学。主要研究内容有土壤有机质动态的微生物同化与异化控制机制；典型生态系统土壤微生物群落组成与分布格局；全球变化下土壤微生物群落结构与功能的变异规律；微生物介导过程的数学建模与模拟。近五年，以第一或通讯作者身份发表学术论文13篇，包括主流影响期刊杂志，如 Nature Communications，Nature Reviews Microbiology，Soil Biology and Biochemistry，Biogeochemistry等。

报告简介：主要介绍全球变化背景下土壤微生物在自然和受人为管理的生态系统中所起的作用。
