报告摘要：

Forests in North America play a critical role in regulating global atmosphere carbon fluxes and sustaining one of the world’s largest lumber and newsprint industry. However, the effects of climate change on tree growth and mortality remain unknown. Here, I used an unprecedented network of tree growth and mortality records and machine learning algorithm to disentangle the effect of warming and declines in water availability on forest dynamics.

      王杰杰，加拿大拉瓦尔大学博士后，加拿大新不伦瑞克大学生态学博士，统计学硕士。长期从事气候变化和森林生态系统的研究。以第一作者及通讯作者在PNAS, Global Change Biology等国际著名期刊发表论文。承担Global Ecology and Biogeography，Ecological Indicators 等期刊审稿人。
