Scientists of ECNU started research in Tiantong from1980s. In 1992, Tiantong Ecological Research Station of Department of Environmental Science, ECNU was set up. TINAS became a member of China National Ecosystem Observation and Research Network (CNERN). Our station was rewarded by China government for excellent field work in 2009.
